This part will dive into the world of methylation and the possible and potential epigenetic factors from physical, chemical, and emotional means that overwhelm these pathways. SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms) like MTHFR, COMT, MTR, etc will be discussed and reviewed. We will discuss what these are and how they relate to every day practice, effects on brain and neurological development, hormonal problems, and ways to identify them with solutions to support them.
